Our Legacy Guardian feature allows you to assign a trusted person as a backup contact for your DearBaby account. If no logins or activity are detected on your account for a year, ownership is transferred to your designated Legacy Guardian.

This ensures your baby’s precious stories and memories are never lost. You’ll set an alternative email address and optionally a personalized message for the transfer. If no action is taken by you, we’ll notify your Legacy Guardian with instructions on how to access the account.
